We build transparent digital twin societies from real external and internal data so teams can answer what to build, who it is for, and why it will work before committing major engineering or go-to-market effort.
The role
This role is ideal for someone currently in university or recently graduated who has been deep in AI tooling and wants to apply that knowledge to real business problems.
You will work directly with founders, ship useful things every week, and build product judgment through rapid experimentation and feedback loops.
What you'll do
- Identify repetitive work and build AI-powered automations that save the team hours each week.
- Prototype new features and adjacent product ideas quickly to validate assumptions before full engineering investment.
- Build growth and intelligence tools such as automated lead generation and competitive monitoring.
- Create market-signal pipelines that aggregate funding, news, social, and category movement into useful summaries.
- Connect internal systems across tools like CRM, Slack, and Notion to remove manual handoffs.
- Ship fast, gather feedback, and iterate into production-quality internal workflows.
What we're looking for
- Currently studying or recently graduated in CS, design, product, AI, or a strong self-taught path.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Replit, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Builder mindset: you create things to test possibilities, not only to complete assignments.
- Product thinking: you care about why something should exist, not just how to build it.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to turn rough ideas into functional prototypes.
- Bias toward shipping quickly and learning through real feedback.
Bonus points
- Experience with scraping/data tools like Apify or Browse AI.
- Familiarity with low-code builders such as Retool, Bubble, or Streamlit.
- Built integrations across APIs like Airtable, Notion, Slack, or HubSpot.
- Worked on growth tooling, sales automation, or market intelligence workflows.
- Strong demo and storytelling skills for prototypes.
- Interest in eventually growing into product, AI engineering, or founder paths.
